Jennifer Meredith is a member and founder of Meredith Attorneys PLLC. Prior to forming this firm, Jennifer worked with a number of highly regarded law firms in New York and California on sophisticated intellectual property matters and worked at the Research Foundation’s Technology, Transfer & Licensing Office providing patent strategies for university-owned inventions.

Jennifer Meredith has prosecuted approximately one thousand patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).  She has successfully represented clients in numerous post-grant proceedings (reexaminations, IPRs, CBMs).

Jennifer is admitted before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York, Western District of New York and the New York State Bar.
